2 HOW CAN I APPLY FOR A NEW JAS NET NETWORKS CONNECTION
You can apply for a new connection through our Contact Us page on our website or call us directly at our Customer Care number +91-7503-55-99-81. You can also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
3HOW LONG DOES THE INSTALLATION TAKE
Our field team checks whether your area is covered under our fiber network. If it does, it takes 5-7 working days to get your connection up and running. We try our best to ensure the installation happens as early as possible, however in case we need to deploy special infrastructure for your connection, we might be delayed.
4 WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
For a new connection, you will need to submit:
- Proof of identity
- Address proof
- Passport size photo
5WHAT IS MY ACCOUNT NUMBER?
Your account number is the unique account number allotted to you by our CRM and Billing System at the time your account is registered with us initially.
6 HOW CAN I CHECK MY DATA USAGE?
You can Login to My Account section for our website and from there you can see your data usage details.
7 HOW I CAN CHANGE MY WI-FI PASSWORD?
To change your Wi-Fi password or Wi-Fi Name (SSID), please follow these steps:
